Terms and Conditions

  • The Vintner Cru Pty Ltd (ABN 28 641 024 544) holds a Packaged Liquor Sales licence which is restricted to direct sales transactions only (mail order, phone, email, website).
  • It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years.
  • Orders can be taken at any time of day, however delivery in South Australia can only occur between 8 AM – 10 PM.
  • We accept payment via direct transfer to our account, and through Paypal.
  • The Vintner Cru reserves the right to cancel any order and we will immediately notify (email or phone), and arrange a refund.
  • Wine vintage and price are subject to change without notice. Please contact us if you have any queries, as accidental mistakes can occur when delivering digital content.
  • All wine prices will include GST. Freight is charged separately.
  • If the wrong wine is received please immediately notify The Vintner Cru by phone or email, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • For faulty wine please immediately notify The Vintner Cru by phone or email, and once we have assessed the wines condition and confirmed it is faulty, we will arrange a replacement or credit from our suppliers.
  • The website design and content is owned or licensed by The Vintner Cru and reproduction, alteration or publication on a public or private forum is prohibited.
